MERC-Net: Battletech-Mercenaries

Is it possible for administrators, for example, myself of the Black Stars IC and OOC threads, to lock, unlock, delete threads like previously?

If so, can I have some instructions for it?
If not, is it possible to request for these?

I did neither. But with all the settling in, failed to notice that the Broker was actually still being updated and running. Was wondering if it's too late to send out a request now.

Would like to have the Black Stars threads up again please. I've actually had some things going on both the Alternate forums as well as on CBT. I'll transfer them back here once the Stars threads are back and I given authorization.
