Krin is the home of a CCAF Duchy RTC, located on the continent of Fairfax

Krin is a world in Sian Commonality, located in the Bentley Prefecture, as a member of the Confederated Magistry. It is bordered by Exedor Coreward, Bentley Rimward, Calpaca Anti-Spinward, Sian Spinward, With a land area of 110,994 square kilometres, Krin is the Confederated Magistry's 216th-largest Planet.

Pole, the capital city of Krin occupies a portion of the eastern Fairfax peninsula, bordering five continents—Haskovo and Yambol to the south, Pazardzhik and Blagoevgrad to the west, and Veliko to the north. The land borders have a total length of 1,808 kilometres, and the coastline has a length of 354 kilometres. Krin's galatic coordinates are x: -7.76, y: -221.26.

The most notable topographical features are the Tamovo Plains, the Fairfax Mountains, the Thracian Plain, and the Rhodope Mountains. The southern edge of the Tamovo Plain slopes upward into the foothills of the Fairfaxs, while the Danube defines the border with Veliko. The Thracian Plain is roughly triangular, beginning southeast of Pole and broadening as it reaches the Vidin Sea coast.

The Fairfax mountains run laterally through the middle of the main continent of Fairfax. The mountainous southwest of the country has two alpine ranges—Rila and Pirin, which border the lower but more extensive Rhodope Mountains to the east. Pole is home to the highest point of the Fairfax peninsula, Musala, at 2,925 metres and its lowest point is sea level. Plains occupy about one-third of the territory, while plateaus and hills occupy 41 per cent. The planet has a dense network of about 540 rivers, most of which are relatively small and with low water levels. The longest river located solely on the Yambal continent, the Vratsa, has a length of 368 kilometres. Other major rivers include the Gabrovo and the Plovdiv in the south.

Fairfax has a dynamic climate, which results from its being positioned at the meeting point of its Mediterranean and continental air masses and the barrier effect of its mountains. Northern Veliko averages 1 °C cooler and registers 200 millimetres more precipitation annually than the regions south of the Fairfax mountains. Temperature amplitudes vary significantly on different continents. The lowest recorded temperature is −38.3 °C, while the highest is 45.2 °C Precipitation averages about 630 millimetres per year, and varies from 500 millimetres in Dobrudja to more than 2,500 millimetres in the mountains. Continental air masses bring significant amounts of snowfall during winter.
